How do I schedule a tour?
We can’t wait to meet you at The Farm! Please click the “Schedule a Visit” button above and follow the steps. A team member will be in contact to schedule your tour. You will hear from us within 48 hours typically.
Will there be a venue representative at every event?
Yes! The venue rental cost includes a venue staff member to be onsite at all times during the events to maintain the grounds and be accessible for any questions that may come up throughout the day.
In addition to our venue staff we do require that a coordinator or planner be onsite for every event as well. If you do not have a license and insured planner in mind we will be happy to provide a preferred vendor list for you.
What is the maximum capacity for the venue?
The Farm at Riverbend is proud to be able to accommodate up to 400 guests comfortably. This was one of the main dreams behind Riverbend was providing Maury County with a space to comfortably seat up more than 250 people.
Are tables and chairs included in the Venue rental cost?
Yes,

+ 15 8ft Rectangle Tables
+ 6 6ft Rectangle Tables
+ 10 Church Pews
+ 6 Bistro Tables
+ 20 60” Round Tables
These are included with the cost of the venue rental and available to be placed indoor or outdoor for your ceremony or reception.
Any additional tables or chairs needed will have to be rented from one of our preferred rental vendors.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes of course, as long as they are licensed and insured and they fill out our vendor application form!
